Client Profile

Mr. Chris works for Tesla. His job requires him to do a lot of research work. When he reached out to AskSunday for help, he needed assistance on multiple fronts.

Requirements

There were primarily 3 areas Mr. Chris wanted help with - Research on the airline industry, Comparative analysis between cities in the US similar to LA, and Getting local assistance for shifting to Silicon Valley with family.

 The client initially provided two tasks wherein his AskSunday virtual assistant had to find ways to make flying more convenient by searching for private jet companies, airline memberships & anything that could help ease the pain associated with traveling. The client provided guidance and direction to the assistant by citing some examples. The problem statement was complex, involving multiple areas that needed to be probed into. The assistant broke down the complex problem statement into simpler sub-sets and prepared a plan of action (POA) that mentioned all these details along with expected turnaround time. Upon the client’s approval on the POA, assistant conducted the research and compiled the findings in a presentable format and submitted within the committed time.  

The client had simultaneously provided AskSunday virtual assistant with another research task to find cities like Silicon Valley where his family could migrate. The cities identified were required to have a similar number of job opportunities, business establishments, weather & lifestyle indicators as well. As this search had loose criteria; the client helped as well by guiding the assistant on how to get information on state income tax rate, real estate tax rate, income tax rate to identify cities. In the end, the client was extremely happy with the findings.
