The rollover policy is applicable for 40 Hours, 80 Hours and 160 Hours dedicated plans only.
How It Works
- 50% of unused hours of the current billing cycle may be rolled over to the next billing cycle
- Share AskSunday's latest blog post on either Facebook or LinkedIn to enable rollover
- Send your dedicated assistant a snapshot of your share on LinkedIn or Facebook to activate the hours rollover option
- The rolled over hours may only be used in the next cycle, and will expire if left unused

For 40, 80, and 160 hour plans, you can roll over 50% of unused hours to the next month. Simply share AskSunday's latest blog post on Facebook or LinkedIn and send a snapshot to your dedicated assistant to activate this feature.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes! You can change your plan at any time. All plans are month-to-month subscriptions with no long-term commitment. You can also cancel your subscription anytime without penalties.
What happens if I use all my hours?
You can purchase additional hours at your plan's additional hourly rate. For example, the 20-hour plan offers additional hours at $12.00/hour. Alternatively, you can upgrade to a higher tier for better rates and more included hours.
What's the difference between On Demand and dedicated plans?
On Demand plan gives you access to a team of available assistants with time booked in 15-minute intervals, while dedicated plans assign you a specific dedicated assistant who learns your preferences and works exclusively with you.
What tasks can my virtual assistant help with?
All plans include general personal assistant tasks like data entry, web research, phone calls, and scheduling. Higher tier plans (80+ hours) also include business tasks, and the 160-hour plan includes small business bookkeeping and product research.
